Richard (Rick) Searer has responsibility for the strategic direction, management and coordination of Kraft’s business in the United States and Canada. He has held this position since September 2006.
During his 26 years with the company, Rick has held a number of positions, including:

Rick received a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration (with highest honors) in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
