What I do: I work at Kraft’s Philadelphia cream cheese plant in Suttontown where I oversee all of the manufacturing activities. This includes everything from receiving the raw ingredients, to making the food, to packing cases of finished product. It’s my job to make sure that my employees have a safe, clean and comfortable environment, so they can make products of the highest quality, safely for our consumers.
